Eduardo Camavinga has chosen a move to Real Madrid over anything else, according to reports. Liverpool allegedly want the midfielder, too.
AS makes the claim. They believe that Camavinga wants to move to Real when he leaves Rennes, particularly this summer.

The teenager apparently ‘loves Zidane and loves Madrid’ – which would, in fairness, make it difficult for other teams to compete. Not that there isn’t competition.
AS themselves mention both Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain in this report. They’re not the only ones, though. Sport claimed back in March that Liverpool were after the teenager.
Now, though, it appears that Camavinga wants a move to Real. The report stresses that there hasn’t been any contact between Real and Rennes, just that the player wants the move to Real.
There’s good reason for that, too – he’d currently cost around £45m and Real aren’t sure they can afford to do that in the current climate.
While that price could drop, it is preventing them from pushing this one through right now.
What RTK has to say
This backs up a report from ABC in late March. Marca went even further in April, in fact, saying that Real are such clear front-runners that everyone else has stopped bothering with interest.
And we think that’s all really unfortunate. We believe that Camavinga would be a wonderful signing for Liverpool and, potentially, the last piece of an exciting jigsaw.

There is a positive here, though. Real haven’t made contact with Rennes, which supports claims from manager Julien Stephan that Camavinga could stay another year.
In that case, the Reds could have another chance at this one in a year. While there’s certainly no guarantee that they’d trump Real then either, it does give them a chance. A lot can change in a year – not that you need to remind anyone of that these days.
