Where’s your famous atmosphere?

Anfield is renowned as one of the greatest atmospheres in world football, it is a truly unique and magical place to watch football.

However, some games are rowdier than others. Often we see fans of small clubs such as Southampton and Bournemouth journey to Liverpool and start moaning that it isn’t as raucous as a European semi final second leg.

Kopites will be singing their hearts out but midday kick offs against smaller sides never usually bring out the bounciest of atmospheres. Rival fans love to refer to the ground as a myth when this happens.

Sorry guys, we don’t really turn it on for routine 3-0 victories against sides we don’t care about.

Intensity

The Reds will be well aware that people outside of the Liverpool fan base have started to question the team.

Their invincibility has made the last four games look much worse than they were.

In response, the lads will likely pick up the tempo and look to blitz the Cherries.

Liverpool -2

Liverpool love playing Bournemouth. Our last five games against the Cherries have an aggregate score of 17-0 to Liverpool.

The Reds just run through the South Coast side.

Most recently we saw Naby Keita and Mo Salah terrorise Eddie Howe’s men at Dean Court.

We can expect Jürgen Klopp’s men to take this opportunity to set the record straight with both hands.
