Who will lineup for The Reds tomorrow is anybody’s guess.

The boss has previously opted for more youthful sides in the cups but has insisted that his main aim is to progress to the next round.

Speaking to his pre-match press conference before the game, Jürgen Klopp confirmed that James Milner and Joe Gomez are fit to take on the West Londoners, saying:

“No new injury problems. Milly is back, Joe too. The others, no.”

James Milner has been missing since early January whilst Joe Gomez was left out of the weekend loss at Watford as a ‘precaution’.

What RTK has to say

The biggest relief here is that JoGo is immediately back in contention.

It is no coincidence that as soon as the Englishman was removed from the Reds’ defence we saw the lads ship three goals to a relegation threatened side.

James Milner will also be a sight for sore eyes. The experienced work horse is a key figure in the dressing room as well as on the pitch.

We can expect Milly to be leading the side on the pitch in Jordan Henderson’s absence, the lack of Hendo’s industry in the middle has been a glaring issue since the skipper picked up an injury in Madrid.
