Goalkeeper: Adrian

The Spaniard seems to have been given the nod as our cup keeper for the season – he impressed in the Premier League when given the chance.

Right back: Neco Williams

A dominating performance against Everton has nailed down the Welshman’s place in the FA Cup.

Centre back: Joel Matip

The Cameroonian defender has been missing since October 2019 due to a knee injury, we can expect him to be blooded back in slowly – this is an ideal first game back.

Centre back: Sepp Van Den Berg

Having started our cup games against Arsenal and Everton, we can expect the Dutchman to get the nod again.

Left back: Yasser Larouci

Larouci was incredibly impressive against The Ev at the start of the month, he could have some joy flying down the flank against weaker opposition.

Defensive midfield: Fabinho

The Brazilian has been absent since November, he needs the minutes to get back to full fitness.

Centre midfield: Curtis Jones

The Scouser netted a wonder goal to win the Merseyside Derby at the start of the month – he’ll be one of the first names on the team sheet.

Centre midfield: Pedro Chirivella

You can’t ignore the diminutive Spaniard after his imperious domination of the Everton midfield.

Right wing: Harvey Elliott

16-year-old Elliott terrorised Lucas Digne at Anfield, he may grab his first Liverpool goal this weekend.

Striker: Takumi Minamino

The January signing needs to learn the Liverpool way – this is a low pressure environment to do so.

Left wing: Divock Origi

Liverpool hero, my mate Sir Divock Origi.
