Divock Origi looks set to return to the Liverpool side against Sheffield United. The 24-year-old striker has been side-lined since picking up an ankle injury during the game against Newcastle United.
Jurgen Klopp confirmed he had trained with the team and was an option at Bramall Lane.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Klopp said. “Both trained yesterday. Sadio and Div, completely normal. No issues.”

The news of Origi’s impending return will be music to the ears of Liverpool fans.
Through his Champions League exploits, Origi has gained a cult status with Liverpool fans around the world. A talented young striker, he offers a brilliant alternative up top should we need it on the road at Sheffield United.
Without him the Liverpool squad looks bare in the forward positions. Rhian Brewster appears to be the third choice striker but he only made his senior debut at MK Dons in the mid-week.
Should the Reds suffer an injury up top, the 19-year-old England starlet doesn’t appear ready to take on any significant role in this Liverpool side.
Whereas Origi has a lot of good experience that allows him to be an able deputy at the top of the pitch.
It will be great to see him back playing in the Liverpool red this weekend.
