Jurgen Klopp continues to be celebrated in Liverpool. This time with a bar named in his honour which is due to open in the heart of the city.

‘Jurgens Bierhaus’ is expected to launch later this month. Adorned with LFC flags, pictures and memorabilia it hopes to become a must-visit spot for Liverpool fans.

The bar will be perfectly situated on the waterfront at the former site of Tom Hall’s Tavern.

A spokesperson for Jurgens Bierhaus told the Liverpool Echo. “We are coming to the end of our refurbishment at the site and look forward to opening in the heart of the Liverpool Business District.

“The site will be a real go to venue for Liverpool FC fans and tourists alike.”

With the opening of this bar we see yet another ode to the Liverpool boss whose popularity continues to rise on the red half of Merseyside.

A mural of Klopp was unveiled late last year in the Baltic Triangle area of the city. Street artist ‘Aske’ created the interactive art piece which reads ‘We are Liverpool. This means more.”

The site has quickly become a tourist attraction, with droves of people heading to the area to take pictures with the mural.

Jurgens Bierhaus will hope to have a similar impact when it launches later this month.
