Emre Can is clearly well liked by his current Liverpool teammates but what do his international teammates think of him?
The German national team have started the build up to their Confederations Cup fixture against Australia on Monday with a video showing Emre Can’s teammates giving their thoughts on the Liverpool man.
The midfielder is known as a well-liked personality at club level and it seems this respect and popularity carries over onto the international stage too.
The players featured in the video include Antonio Rudiger, Jonas Hector and former Liverpool targets Julian Draxler and Julian Brandt.

Hector is first up and has kind words to say about the Liverpool man’s demeanour and attitude off the pitch: “Emre Can? He’s a very laid-back guy that you can have a good laugh with.”
PSG attacker Julian Draxler though was quick to compliment Can’s fighting, hard working style of play while also taking a cheeky dig at his sense of humour: “He is very positive. I like him a lot. He’s a fighter, a machine, very strong in the tackle. He’s unintentionally funny, I have a good laugh with him and at him!”
Roma defender Rudiger meanwhile, believes Can is the complete package in the midfield and is evidently excited about where he goes from here: “Just his physical presence,” said the defender. “As well as his close control and technique. They are all so good. The good thing is he is still so young, so he can develop further.”
No video about Emre Can would be complete without some footage of skills, a cheeky dink over the goalkeeper in training and of course, some shots of that glorious hair.
