Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction after reports emerged that they are interested in signing Torino winger, Wilfried Singo. The Reds have seen an offer of £17 million rejected for the Ivorian starlet.
This comes from the Italian publication Tuttosport. They claim that Liverpool tabled an eight-figure offer to sign the 20-year-old, but Torino have turned it down.
The report adds that Liverpool are prepared to go back in for the versatile youngster, with Torino reportedly holding out for £25m.
Singo, who has clocked up 21 Serie A appearances this term, has enjoyed a breakout season in the Italian top-flight.
Thriving under the tutelage of Davide Nicola, Singo has regularly been utilised as either a right-back or more frequently as a right winger. He can play centre-back, too, which would make him an incredibly versatile option to Jurgen Klopp.

He is still awaiting his inaugural cap for his national side, but that is expected to change following his sustained brilliance throughout 2020/21. Singo has had a hand in four goals this season, scoring against Parma while also registering three assists.
According to Calciomercato.com, AC Milan directors, Ricky Massara and Paolo Maldini, have been deeply impressed by Singo, who continues to go from strength to strenght despite the on-field struggles of the Granata as a team.
Liverpool fans have given their take on reports that Singo could be Anfield-bound this summer, who could be purchased to provide cover to Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Whether or not the Reds are prepared to increase their previous offer by £8m, however, still remains to be seen.
