The 27-year-old has missed the previous three matches as a result of a muscle complaint following the defeat at Old Trafford last month.
However, amid arguably Liverpool’s toughest match of the season on Sunday, Fabinho has seemingly made a timely recovery with Manchester City due to come to town.
And the Brazilian has now confirmed that he is back and ready for the action ahead of the do-or-die encounter with Pep Guardiola’s league leaders.
Fabinho’s national teammate and Brazilian counterpart Moura has since sent the Liverpool midfield general a message on Instagram, showcasing his delight in seeing his compatriot back on the field.

Fabinho’s return could hardly be timed better, either, with Liverpool’s injuries stacking up exponentially of late.
The Reds have suffered greatly as a result of the season-ending injuries to Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip, who Klopp himself has said are all ‘unlikely’ to feature again in 2020/21.
Fabinho, then, could line-up alongside either one of Liverpool’s deadline-day signings at the weekend.
Both Ben Davies and Ozan Kabak took part in their first training session for the Reds on Friday afternoon.
A number of high-profile footballing figures such as Jamie Carragher and Jose Enrique have urged Klopp to pair Fabinho with 20-year-old Kabak for the City clash.
With Fabinho back in the team, there is no doubt that Liverpool’s chances of victory against the league leaders have immediately increased.
