Liverpool fans react to reports Rhian Brewster could leave permanently

Liverpool fans were not left impressed amid reports from The Telegraph that the club could be prepared to offload Rhian Brewster permanently.

The Telegraph claim that Liverpool could look to offload Brewster on a permanent basis if the likes of Aston Villa, Crystal Palace or Sheffield United cough up the required £20 million to sign him this summer.

It is one of the greater shocks of a relatively quite summer for Liverpool who have made just one solitary signing this transfer window following the arrival of Kostas Tsimikas from Olympiacos.

Brewster is currently attracting the attention of a whole host of Premier League clubs, with the Liverpool striker very-much in demand.

The 20-year-old has been one of Jurgen Klopp’s best performers over pre-season having scored three times during arranged friendlies against Stuttgart and RB Salzburg respectively.

Reds supporters have not taken well to the news that they could actually be prepared to part ways with one of the club’s best academy prospects in years and many have taken to social media to warn the club that they would be making a catastrophic error if they did actually cash-in and sell Brewster.
