Liverpool fans were not left impressed amid reports from The Telegraph that the club could be prepared to offload Rhian Brewster permanently.
The Telegraph claim that Liverpool could look to offload Brewster on a permanent basis if the likes of Aston Villa, Crystal Palace or Sheffield United cough up the required £20 million to sign him this summer.
It is one of the greater shocks of a relatively quite summer for Liverpool who have made just one solitary signing this transfer window following the arrival of Kostas Tsimikas from Olympiacos.
Brewster is currently attracting the attention of a whole host of Premier League clubs, with the Liverpool striker very-much in demand.
The 20-year-old has been one of Jurgen Klopp’s best performers over pre-season having scored three times during arranged friendlies against Stuttgart and RB Salzburg respectively.

Reds supporters have not taken well to the news that they could actually be prepared to part ways with one of the club’s best academy prospects in years and many have taken to social media to warn the club that they would be making a catastrophic error if they did actually cash-in and sell Brewster.
Here are a selected number of responses from Kopites calling for the Reds to reconsider amid reports of a potential permanent exit for the England under-21 international…
Complete joke if we permanently sell him

We can not sell Brewster at this stage. He has so much potential. A loan to Crystal Palace would be a great move for him imo. He’ll get plenty of game time, gain PL experience and will be back in London which is a bonus for him.

I think selling him would be one the worst decision in the Klopp era
Hopefully it's false if not we will regret it massively

Liverpool would be stupid to sell him

Absolutely right there, he could be the next michael Owen, hope they don’t sell him and loan him as last resort

Permanent really? So we're actually gonna keep only Origi as our attacking option from the bench?
