The Ballon d’Or nominee has established himself as one of the best right-backs in world football in the past two seasons and is just two victories away from becoming a Premier League champion.

Alexander-Arnold, 21, has been forced to wait to see his boyhood club crowned champions of England for the first time in 30 years following the footballing postponement.

The PL has been temporarily suspended until April 30 at the earliest and it is highly possible that the delay could be extended well past the suggested date.

Liverpool, like everyone else, are in the dark regarding the situation and how the remainder of the season is going to be resolved remains uncertain.

There have been talks of making the season null or voiding it all together. Both scenarios would disastrous for Kopites as it would see Liverpool’s title credentials made redundant despite commanding a 25-point lead at the top of the league table.

My Revenge On Ben Foster

Alexander-Arnold will be more desperate than most to end a title-wait that has spanned since 1990 considering the England international has been with the club since the early age of six.

Liverpool require just two victories from their remaining nine league fixtures to be crowned champions but it remains to be seen whether and when the PL can resume.

All the players can do in the meantime, is patiently wait and look to pass the time. Alexander-Arnold chose to spend some of his downtime showcasing his technique from dead-ball situations following his latest social media post.

Alexander-Arnold, who has been heavily tipped as one of the favourites to win the PFA Player of the Year accolade, effortlessly caressed the ball into his garden lounger before strutting off in ice-cool fashion.

The Twitter post even warranted a response from teammate and Netherlands international Georginio Wijnaldum.

Premier League stars across the country are trying to keep themselves busy and entertained during this period of confusion and uncertainty.

Andy Robertson responded to Trent’s video by warning the Englishman that there is a new free-kick taker at Liverpool after tweeting footage of his pinpoint accuracy from set-pieces.

The left-back showcased he has an eye for goal as well as an assist after he hit an effort against the crossbar before hitting small targets in the corners of the small goal in his garden.

Team-mate and Liverpool’s vice-captain James Milner also posted an isolation video on Tuesday evening which consisted of a footballing isolation XI.

The social media maverick also posted funny videos of him cutting his garden lawn with a pair of scissors and rationing his tea-bags.

Alexander-Arnold, who has two goals and 14 assists this season under Jurgen Klopp saw his free-kick video attract attention from many Liverpool supporters who will be desperate to see their first-team heroes return to action as early as possible.
