Timo Werner

Timo Werner is Liverpool’s No.1 target according to respected journalist James Pearce.

He has already made his feelings clear about the prospect of joining Liverpool and is interested in the possibility of linking up with countryman Jurgen Klopp.

The Echo claim he’s worth £50m and that’s a fantastic price for a forward with 21 goals and seven assists in the league this season.

It is a transfer that matches the club’s transfer policies regarding plausibility and price and it would provide some much-needed attacking depth for Liverpool with only Roberto Firmino and Divock Origi the Reds’ only central attacking options.

The 20-year-old would be a marque signing for the Reds and potentially could command a £120 million transfer fee.

An exciting prospect and one of the most blockbuster available additions currently on the market. He’s a 20-year-old goal-scoring midfielder who can play in the forward line and is nowhere close to his peak yet.

The Independent say that Liverpool are interested in Havertz but don’t want to pay £80m for him.

He would be a perfect addition for Klopp and could provide some added creativity from midfield – if the price is right Liverpool should definitely swoop for the wonderkid.
