Six Liverpool players have reportedly been linked with summer exits with Jurgen Klopp expected to chop and change up the bulk of his squad in order for the Reds to compete on all fronts again next season – and Liverpool supporters have reacted on Twitter following Naby Keita’s inclusion on that list.
According to The Mirror, Liverpool could sell up to six players when the transfer window eventually reopens. Nathaniel Clyne and Adam Lallana’s contracts are due to expire come June but could both stay an extended period following the postponement of fixtures due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
Loris Karius is set to return from a torrid two-year loan spell at Besiktas with the Turkish club unlikely to activate the buyback clause in his contract amid difficult financial times.
Dejan Lovren has also been included on the list with the Croatian defender linked with the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham, Lazio, AC Milan and Lyon following reports from La Lazio Siamo Noi.
Xherdan Shaqiri has endured an injury-plagued season during his second campaign at Anfield and is another who is expected to leave, as is Champions League hero and club icon Divock Origi who has failed to kick-on following his heroics last season.
However, the most surprising inclusion of this star-studded list is former RB Leipzig midfielder Keita. The £52.75m talisman is another who has had their Liverpool tenure riddled by injury and has failed to live up to the price-tag that made the Guinean international the club’s third most expensive signing in their history.
Following the reports, some supporters took to Twitter to showcase their opions on Keita who has been touted with a shock Anfield exit.
Here are a selection of tweets from fans regarding Liverpool’s No.8 – who reportedly takes home £120,000-a-week…

Yes. Too many injuries and average performances when he does play. Nowhere to be seen for the athletico games was the final straw.
