Sheffield United have signed Norwegian midfielder Sander Berge from Belgian outfit Genk for a club-record fee – and many Liverpool supporters have reacted on Twitter.

Berge, 21, has signed for the Blades for a fee of £22m [BBC Sport] and could be made available for the weekend clash against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
The defensive midfielder was recently the subject of interest for Jurgen Klopp with the Norway international previously touted with a move to Liverpool amid reports from the Daily Mail.
However, the youngster will be linking up with Chris Wilder as opposed to Klopp after Berge put pen-to-paper on a four-and-a-half-year at Bramall Lane.
Despite his young age, Berge has already clocked up 20 appearances for his national team and has eclipsed the previous record deal of £20m [BBC Sport] used to acquire Scotland striker Oliver McBurnie in August 2019.

Berge featured twice against Liverpool in the Champions League group stages earlier this season and his impact against the European champions saw the youngster touted with a potential move to Anfield.
He originally signed for the Belgian champions in 2017 and clocked up 117 appearances during a three-year period scoring six goals whilst registering four assists.
Following Berge’s move to the Premier League, many Liverpool supporters have taken to Twitter to express their opinion on the midfielder who gave a glowing audition at the home of the Premier League champions-elect back in October.
I wanted Sander Berge at #LFC he’s future top midfielder and cheap choice as well.
