David Luiz has heaped praise on Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp for improving all the players in his squad.

The Reds made it five Premier League wins in a row when they beat Chelsea 2-0 on Sunday. Superb goals from Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah were enough to overcome the Blues and send the Reds back above Manchester City in the Premier League.

When discussing Klopp’s managerial qualities, Luiz told Sky Sports: “He improves every single player.

“He has done it with everybody, with the full-backs, with the defenders, the goalkeeper, the midfield, and especially the strikers because they play in the same way, with the same passion and the same spirit.”

Luiz has hit the nail on the head while discussing Klopp. The Brazilian was speaking to Sky Sports ahead of Chelsea’s trip to Anfield and waxed lyrical about the Reds boss.

Since arriving in 2016, Klopp has taken Liverpool from eighth place in the Premier League to first and from the Europa League to the Champions League final.

There is clear and obvious progress being made every season both on an individual and collective level. The team has been transformed into a group of world beaters, with almost every player in the squad being improved tenfold under his tutelage.

Mohamed Salah is a prime example. He signed with Liverpool from AS Roma for £36million and arrived with the tag of being a Chelsea failure.

He was then transformed into the best forward in the Premier League and scored 44 goals in his first season for Liverpool.

Since signing for the club, his market value has more than quadrupled and he is now one of the most valuable forwards in all of Europe.

That’s why players want to join Liverpool so badly nowadays.

It’s the Klopp factor.
