Liverpool fans have acted angrily to what Leon Osman said on BBC Match of the Day about the penalty Sadio Mane won for his side against Fulham.
The Senegal attacker was once again the star man for Liverpool as he scored the opener and assisted the winner by winning a spot-kick for his side.
After Sergio Rico fumbled Mohamed Salah’s shot, Mane pounced on the rebound and was grabbed by the goalkeeper.
Naturally, the forward went down and won his side a match-winning penalty.

Leon Osman told his BBC counterparts that he believes Mane ‘bought the penalty’ and that it was soft.
As you would expect, Liverpool fans on Twitter have reacted very angrily to the former Evertonian’s comments.
This is actually making me livid that this is even a debate. What a fucking colossal joke https://t.co/vNhxdpwcbm

Motd are a disgrace, the fact you’re even debating this. And you didn’t even show the one where the Fulham defender is all over Wijnaldum and stops him from jumping in the box

Imagine if it was Kane, would you be even asking?

He grabs him in the box, you just don’t do that, absolutely no need to, the ball was going away from goal. Shouldn’t be a question. It was a stupid penalty, not a soft one.
