The likes of Liverpool and Chelsea have been put on high alert after comments from PSG captain Thiago Silva on maverick midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
The Reds are in the market for more midfield talent ahead of the summer transfer window and some Liverpool fans would love to see Adrien Rabiot join.
If you look past the issues he’s having with Thomas Tuchel and the discipline issues that it might underline, there’s no avoiding the fact that the 23-year-old is a very talented player and would be an asset to most Premier League squads.
And with PSG looking to ship him off for £15.3million this month, Liverpool and Chelsea could be tempted into making a move – I personally hope Klopp is swayed on his stance on the January window this year.
Asked about the Rabiot saga, PSG captain Thiago Silva admitted it wouldn’t be the worst thing if Rabiot left.

“A mistake to let him leave? I do not say that he is,” the Brazilian defender said. “He made his decision and the club in turn took its own. He is a good boy.
“But he made his choice and we must respect it.
“Now, we need to work for a midfield that can help us without Rabiot.”
