Nabil Fekir has told French press that he still wants to move to another club after his ‘dream’ move to Liverpool collapsed last summer.
The World Cup winner had gone as far as conducting an interview with Liverpool’s in-house TV channel, LFCTV, before the Reds pulled the plug on a £53million deal to take him to Anfield in June.
The decision to scupper the transfer was made based on the findings from his medical that was conducted by Liverpool medical staff in Paris.
Yet, while Liverpool may (or may not) have moved on, Fekir is very much still in limbo at Lyon as he still retains his love for the club but as an ambitious player, he is keen to move to a bigger outfit capable of winning the top trophies.
Fekir’s contract with Lyon runs until the summer of 2020 but he has once again shown his desire to move with comments to French media.

He said: “I am happy at Lyon, but which player doesn’t dream of discovering a new league, another club?”
On Chelsea’s interest, Fekir told French publication Le Progres (via GFFN ): “They haven’t called me, but they can be watching my situation without calling me (laughs).”
