French news outlet RMC have predicted the side that Thomas Tuchel will field at Anfield this evening and it’s one that Liverpool attackers will relish coming up against.
Liverpool and PSG both won at the weekend and maintained 100% records for the start of their respective league campaigns, with both teams winning five games out of five.
Thomas Tuchel was able to rest Neymar at the weekend while Kylian Mbappe served a ban after being sent off before the start of the international break while Jürgen Klopp fielded a full strength side to face Spurs at Wembley.
This evening’s Champions League will be a cracker as both sides love to attack but if RMC is to be believed, Liverpool might have the upper hand in the engine room and going forward if the team they have leaked is accurate.

Thiago Silva aside, a defence featuring Kimpembe and Bernat is one that Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mané and Roberto Firmino (if fit) will be itching to get at. The Liverpool front three is well known for pulling players out of position with clever runs and if Kimpembe can be isolated, Liverpool could score several goals.
Meanwhile, a midfield consisting of Marquinhos, Veratti and Di Maria won’t offer too much protection. They will be too focused on supplying a front three of Neymar, Edinson Cavani and Mbappe which will be a considerable worry for Liverpool.
Regardless of what happens this evening, there is no denying that the game at Anfield will be a cracker and has the makings of an all-time great group stage game in the Champions League.
