Rumours emerged on social media today that Daniel Sturridge would be making a surprise move to North London to join Arsenal, and for the most part, the reactions were comical.
Even though Daniel Sturridge hasn’t been playing in his favoured centre forward role, it isn’t likely the Englishman would favour a move to Arsenal.
At this point, any links with a move to Arsenal are pure speculation, but the world of social media lost its mind when pictures emerged of Sturridge’s sulky expression after not being introduced against Tottenham.
However, just because the England international doesn’t like being benched it doesn’t necessarily mean that he wants to leave, or that Liverpool would let him.
