According to Goal, Daniel Sturridge’s representatives have approached Arsenal and offered the striker’s services on loan.

Following social media craze that Sturridge was joining Arsenal, Goal report that the North London club was approached by Sturridge’s representatives, offering the forward on loan.

While this may be the case, Liverpool has no intention of letting Sturridge go – even on loan. The Englishman has been scrutinised by the media recently, following the forward’s upset expression when Divock Origi was introduced against Tottenham instead of him.

With this in mind, Sturridge faced huge competition when Luis Suarez was at the club and it made him a better player. There has been no indication from Liverpool to make us believe that Sturridge is going anywhere.

Klopp will be looking to get the best out of his 26-year-old forward after the international break and he is crucial to Liverpool’s hopes of either top four ambitions or furtive title hopes. The bottom line is, Daniel Sturridge will be a Liverpool player in the morning.

  1. Looking at the players the other teams are bringing in, I think Liverpool will really struggle to finish in the top half.

It’s a massive shame as the money is there, and if we had truly strengthened in key positions we could have been aiming for top 4, or even a cheeky title challenge!

God only knows what’s happened to Klopp.
