Amidst interest from Liverpool, Christian Pulisic’s father has confirmed that the Dortmund youngster won’t be moving this summer.

Liverpool’s interest in Borussia Dortmund’s Christian Pulisic is well and truly over – for now. The player’s father told German newspaper Bild that he isn’t leaving the Bundesliga club this transfer window.

“Christian has no interest in leaving the club,” Mark Pulisic told Bild, via the Liverpool Echo. “He had a good half year last season, and wants to continue to break through.”

Jürgen Klopp is a big admirer of the United States international and will be keeping tabs on his progress this season, with the possibility of re-visiting signing Pulisic next season.

Interest in Pulisic developed after it became apparent just how much Sadio Mane’s pace was missing when he was injured for Liverpool’s 2-0 defeat to Burnley.
