In Saturday’s transfer roundup Liverpool are linked with Marko Pjaca and Fulham forward, Moussa Dembele.
Marko Pjaca has played two games for his country in France at the Euros in France and it is being reported that Liverpool are interested in bringing in the winger to boost the Merseyside club’s strength in wide areas.
Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport report that the Reds are keeping close tabs on the fleet footed Dinamo Zagreb man. He scored 8 goals in 7 games goals for his club last season which would mean he’d bring a goal threat to Liverpool’s rather benign flank-force.
AC Milan are also said to be interested according to Pjaca’s agent:
“I can confirm that Milan like the player, and so do many top European clubs,” Marko Naletilic told Milan News.
“From England to Germany and Italy, he has many admirers.”

It’s not surprising he has international admiration with his displays in France very impressive especially in Croatia’s victory over holders Spain.
It is being reported by the Fulham Chronicle that Liverpool, Chelsea, Everton and Totttenham are all interested in signing Moussa Dembele after a highly impressive season in which he bagged 17 goals in all competitions.
It would be a bit strange for Tottenham to have two players by the name of Moussa Dembele on the books.
The Fulham Chronicle report that the the Frenchman is considering contract offers, including one from Fulham.
Dembele would add some much needed firepower to Liverpool’s lacking assortment of wingers. It is incredibly likely that a deal will go through for Southampton’s Sadio Mané with the biggest hurdle being the agreeent of a transfer fee.
It is quite pleasing though to see how humble and grounded Dembele is in the face of potential transfers to such large football clubs. He spoke to French TV outlet Telefoot After:
“My entourage are keen for me to stay grounded so I pay attention without worrying too much about what is said about me,” Dembele said.
“In the UK football is a way a life and a religion; it is mad, regardless of in which division the club is.”
Dembele signed from Paris Saint-Germain four years ago for a fee of £270,000 which means that Fulham would make quite the return on their investment should the 19-year old depart for bigger and better things.
That’s it for Saturday. Hardly a ridiculous day as far as rumours are concerned. Nothing like seeing Paul Pogba’s name in your Twitter feed to get your heart beating irregularly. See you tomorrow at 14:30, cheers folks.
